Connect to a greater energy. Each day / evening there will be a 3 minute mediation. During this preset time you will have the opportunity to join into a collective energy healing session. Each session will be dedicated to either individual healings / intentions or to planetary cause. All that is required is for you to sit quietly for 3 minutes during any of the selected time and make yourself available to connecting to the group energy that we form together. Approach this time in any way you want... for personal intentions for yourself, healing for others, or for directing energy to a global cause. No previous healing experience is required. A desire to participate and join in is all that is needed.
Intention is the key to this work. Intention is an inner activity that creates action. When we ‘intend’ for something to happen we put it in motion. By intention I do not mean simply wishing or hoping. When you ‘intend’ to move your body you activate your entire being through an inner will. This intention is connected to an absolute inner decision to move. As we meditate together, we are using our inner power to unite with other being in fulfilling an ‘intention’ to have something happen. That something can be a desired goal, healing for self or others, or making an energetic contribution to planetary change.

Monday 9pm Personal Intention for Self or Others
Tuesday 7am Personal Intention for Self or Others
Wednesday 3pm World or Personal Peace
Thursday 10am Personal Intention for Self or Others
Friday 12 noon Compassion
Saturday 5pm Personal Intention for Self and Others
FREE Weekly Healing Meditation Group
Saturdays, 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
Join others in weekly healing meditation. Experienced or beginners - everyone is welcome. Non-faith based. Participants experience benefits such as relaxation, well-being, serenity and lifted spirits.
No pre-registration needed. Drop In only.
