Richard Lanza, ERYT, CYT, has been exploring the different branches of yoga and forms of holistic health for over 40 years with special focus on psychic development and forms of energy healing. His background also includes training in Yoga, Eastern Philosophy, Hypnosis, Acupuncture, Massage, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Energy Healing, Essene Therapy and Therapeutic Touch. He is the originator and owner of OPEN DOORS HOLISTIC AND METAPHYSICAL CENTER and OPEN DOORS YOGA STUDIOS,  OPEN DOORS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM, facilitor and main instructor ESSENTIAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM, Co-Director of the OPEN DOORS School of Energy Healing, Creator and Instructor of the Intuitive Mastery Program, producer of Hypno-Meditation CD's and creator of TranceFormation Workshops. He also has received training and certification from Tolly Burkan as a FireWalk Facilitator. He teachers psychic development, meditation, and yoga trainings nationally and internationally.

His passion is Vinyasa style of yoga. As a yoga instructor his classes blend the intensity and focus of a Vinyasa Yoga practice with a playful attitude towards the challenge. Richard believes his purpose is to provide the space to allow individuals the opportunity to transform their lives. As an instructor, his intent is to support his students to empower themselves, lighten up and enjoy life, deepen their spiritual practice, explore their potential, and discover their unique truth.

Pat Iyer is a Registered Nurse with over 39 years in all aspects of Nursing. She has presented to various community organizations on a multitude of topics in complementary medicine. She is a Reiki/Master Teacher in the western lineage of Hayawo Takata and provides Reiki Certification on all levels of this lineage. She is also certified in both Shoden and Okudon in the Jikiden Japanese lineage of Reiki.. Pat is the former co-director of OPEN DOORS School of Energy Healing and coordinator for the OPEN DOORS Power Yoga Teacher Training. Pat is available for Reiki sessions and teaches all levels of Reiki.

Reiki I and Reiki II Certifications available at Open Doors, nursing CEUs are provided. Reiki Master training by private tutoring only.

Shawn has been teaching yoga for over 25 years both in the United States and internationally.  In addition to being an E-RYT-500 certified yoga teacher, he is also a Certified Yoga Therapist through IAYT.  He also has extensive training with Yin Yoga, Meridian Yoga, and Yoga for Anxiety & Depression.  His studies have also included an 800 Hour Advanced Teacher Training in Yogic Philosophy & 100 Hour Advanced Breath Techniques Program.  In addition to his trainings, Shawn has a vibrant Yoga Therapy practice where he assists individuals in body awareness, pain reduction, and personal transformation. 
 
Shawn travels internationally teaching diverse styles of yoga, as well as offering a 200 & 300 hour yoga teacher training.  His home locations are in Braintree, MA, USA and Sofia, Bulgaria, as well as teaching time spent in Tokyo, Japan.  He offers in-person and remote training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatics, Functional Breathing, and Yoga for Anxiety & Depression.
 
As a yoga instructor Shawn teaches classes that are focused on breath and functional movement of the body. His classes are geared toward students who want to explore the inner spaces of the body and mind.  The classes are both physically challenging and at the same time very accessible & nurturing.  He uses his knowledge of meridians, yin yoga, therapeutic yoga, breath work and his fascination with yoga's rich history to create classes which are informative and allow students to move in ways that support their unique structure.

Ashlyn is a breathwork facilitator, reiki practitioner, medical professional and teaches yoga locally. She believes that breath is a muscle medicine and energy, and is the fastest way to connect mind, body and spirit. Ashlyn came to find breathwork after years of her own mental health struggles, and lack of connecting to herself.  Upon finding this fast track to self integration she learned the technique to share with others. 
 
The conscious connected breathing technique that Ashlyn guides can help bring about somatic release of emotion that’s been trapped in the body and nervous system. These energies might look like trauma, limiting beliefs, negative habits, anger, anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, grief, stress, boundary issues, ect.  Talk therapy can help us identify and work through many of these issues, but it doesn’t release it from the body.  This energy work by using the breath can help clear our channels in order to allow our life force to move through our body in a healthy, organic way again. 
 
Ashlyn’s goal is to help you find ease in your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body. She helps you go within and breathe through the conscious and unconscious, while helping you plant seeds of affirmation to replace what you are releasing.  Ashlyn wants to help you connect to your heart space to access living from a place of pure love and acceptance, and to get in touch with your most authentic self.  If you show up to do the work, Ashlyn will be here to support you every step of your breathwork journey.

Breathwork is an active meditation and breathing practice which allows you to use your breath as medicine.  Utilizing this somatic energy work, you can help clear emotions and blockages, and allow your life force to move through your body in a healthy, organic way again. This conscious connected breathing practice calls to anyone willing to go deeper within, meet your shadows, and rise up to do the work.  Breathwork connects you to your heart space to access living from a place of pure love and acceptance, and to get in touch with your most authentic self.
 
Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, yoga mat, optional to have lip balm, a journal, and eye pillow if it calls to you. Can bring your own blanket- some are available on site.

This type of breathwork activities are not advised for persons with a history of the following, but not limited to: pregnant people, people in psychiatric crisis, people with severe cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, or significant recent physical injuries or surgery. 

AJ  is a Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Sound Healer, Intuitive Tarot Reader & Aura and Chakra Analyst. They have been working with and reading energy since they were a teenager. Their passion for energy healing has led them to help people who are looking for assistance in achieving their goals, finding balance and taking steps towards living a fulfilled life.

Kara received her massage therapy license from Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA in 2021.

Leighton has had a spiritual connection with nature and animals her whole life. She grew up practicing natural remedy healing using herbs, oils, and crystals. She makes her own beauty products and practices ear candling. She studied yoga in the Open Doors yoga teacher training program and took tarot reading classes at Open Doors as well. She loves astrology and has been sensitive to energy and spirits her whole life. Leighton enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping others with their spiritual journey and healing.

Jill Briansky has spent the past two decades working in the healing field which has  provided her with invaluable insights and experiences. Beginning as an LICSW, she gained a deep understanding of the human mind and the patterns that keep us feeling stuck. Through her own personal struggles and exploration, she discovered the power of intuition and its ability to guide us towards healing and transformation.
 
As she delved deeper into energy work and healing modalities, she found that her intuition played a central role in guiding the healing process. This led her to develop a unique approach that combines hands-on techniques with intuitive insights to address the root causes of discomfort and imbalance in her clients.
 
Jill is passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences.  Using humor and practicality, she guides clients through difficult moments to cultivate self love and compassion. 

Heather Meehan took a leap of faith and moved to Massachusetts in 2017, where she quickly found a home at Open Doors. Psychic from birth, she has been a practicing medium since 2001 and has worked with people worldwide. Heather found that sessions often addressed her clients' life issues instead of just communicating with loved ones. She has since built a thriving coaching and mentoring practice. Whether they are relationship patterns, family cycles, or just feeling lost and in need of direction, Heather uses her intuition combined with various modalities and a no-nonsense approach to helping clients overcome their challenges.

Mentoring others that were just waking up came quite naturally to Heather. Simply put, she learned the hard way and works to ensure the people she mentors benefit from her struggles. She guides clients to help them learn to work with and develop their intuitive abilities as well as help them avoid common pitfalls. Darlene is a Master Reiki Healer, Spiritual Advisor, Ordained Reverend Minister, and Psychic Medium whose life’s mission is to help people clear the path for healthy emotional balance, facilitate enlightenment and harmonize their energy life force.
 
Her awakening happened at a very young age and she has dedicated my life, career and purpose to helping others. She has worked in both a clinical capacity and in Healthcare Administration Management for the Department of Surgery in a community hospital for over 12 years rounding out a management career in other sectors spanning over several decades.
 
She is also certified Herbalist in 2022 making herbal remedies for those in search of alternative medicine rounding out my Spiritual goals. She has studied with many spiritual healers and became a Reverend Minister performing Wedding Ceremonies of all denominations in Massachusetts since 2022 supporting the highest vibration of all which is ……Love.
