Cost, Pre-Purchase Information and Refund Policy

All Regularly Scheduled Yoga Classes (unless otherwise noted)

Teens (13 to 19yrs), College Students (With ID) & Seniors (60+) $10.00 Due to varying maturity levels of younger students, we allow our instructors to decide if a student under 18 is allowed to take a yoga class.
Community Class $5.00  
First Time Student Passes $20/3 Classes Expires 30 days after first use
10 Pass $130.00 Expires 6 months from first use
10 Pass for teens, college students with ID, seniors & military with ID $100.00 Expires 6 months from first use
Unlimited 30 day pass $165.00 Expires 30 days from first use
Unlimited 6 month pass $725.00 Expires 6 months from first use

Students under 18 must have a parent co-sign consent form.

Class Pre-registration Policy

You MUST arrive 5 minutes PRIOR to start time of class for a space to be held and initial your name on the sign in sheet in the lobby.

We CANNOT guarantee a space if you arrive less than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Students who pre-register for a class and cannot attend must "early cancel" themselves from the class on Mindbody online 35 minutes prior to the start of class.

IF you do not "early-cancel" from a class you will forfeit either the payment for the class or one pass. Students with Unlimited Passes, will have one day forfeited from your pass. Namaste


Workshop Cancellation Policy
We need to notify our instructors if classes or workshops have low attendance. Your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. If you are pre-registered for a class or workshop you must cancel at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations less than 2 days prior to the class or workshop. Cancellations will only by accepted by calling 781 843 8224. Emails will not be accepted. Thank You

Volunteer Program

Open Doors maintains a volunteer program that allows a student to volunteer an hour of time for a free class. The hour of time involves assisting an instructor with signing people in prior to a class and light cleaning duties following class. Yoga practice varies depending upon the style of the class. Each style of yoga has different degrees of intensity and challenge. It can be a gentle or intense workout aimed at improving flexibility, strength, and peace of mind. Classes are from 60-90 minutes. Each session builds core strength, quiets your mind and increases body awareness. Great for eliminating aches and pains, diminishing chronic health problems, getting in shape, building muscle, losing weight, breaking old patterns and healing emotional wounds. Whether you are young or old, athletic or not, experienced or inexperienced, Yoga can work for you!

Anusara Inspired - Unheated

Recommended for students have been practicing for a while. The class will impart on the principles of good anatomical alignment and breath awareness. Learn posture sequences designed to stretch, strengthen, detoxify and balance your body and mind.

Guided Meditation and Tools for Self-Reflection

Life Beyond The Surface! Join Mary in this ongoing weekly group that will include guided meditations and visualizations, journaling, and life couching. This class will support you in being more comfortable within yourself, offer support in coping with day-to-day living, and assist you in dealing with larger life changes. Share with Mary's uplifting exuberance and joy of life.

Intro to Yoga Postures (Beginners)

Our Intro to Yoga Postures allows the yoga student the opportunity to learn the yoga poses in a slower moving environment. The yoga poses will be broken down to their basic elements and will include modification so any student can safety practice. This class is suitable for all body types and ages and will benefit students new to yoga as well as experienced students looking for an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the poses. Classes may include sun salutations. Heat will be at about 80 degrees.

Kids Yoga

Yoga is beneficial and fun for children. It teaches them how to be flexible, strong, and have good balance. Yoga is also great for sports injury prevention. Recent brain research shows how yoga and other mindful practices teach children how to pay attention, relieve stress, understand their emotions and improve executive functioning in the classroom. The six week session will include developmentally appropriate yoga poses, breath awareness, and mindful games. Each class will end with a quiet time so the children can go within to nurture their spirit in a kind and peaceful way.

Power Yoga

Our Power Yoga is a flowing blend of different styles of yoga. Every class has a different sequence (Open Flow) and intensity level, depending on the instructor. It is HEAT based, active and intense class. At least five to ten previous moderate or beginners classes is recommended. High Intensity and High Heat 90 Degrees or higher.

Power Yoga - Moderate

A basics class for beginners and experienced students. Instruction given while moving from one posture to the next. The class will be designed around a standard flow including basic postures. Moderate intensity and moderate heat. 80-90 degrees.

Slow Flow with Reiki-Unheated

A slower posed vinyasa class (appropriate for students interested in learning the vinyasa style). Includes sun salutation based sequences. During the savasana (deep relaxation) portion of the class, the instructor will give optional reiki treatments (energy work) to students in the class.

Vinyasa-Unheated

Our Vinysa Yoga is a flowing, active, and challenging blend of different styles of yoga. Every class has a different sequence (Open Flow) and intensity level, depending on the instructor. The class is taught in average room temperature. Previous vinyasa experience is suggested.

Hatha

Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice of Yoga combining postures, breath exercises and relaxation. Through this class you will gain the wellness and relaxation needed in your daily life. It is a powerful practice and yet very relaxing. All levels are welcome. Classes taught in the Hatha style are generally not instructed using vinyasa (or "continuous flow" from one posture to the next).

Gentle Integral-Unheated

Dedicate time for developing your inner balance with Integral Yoga. Classes are designed to balance body, mind, and spirit through chanting, posture, deep relaxation, breathing practices, and meditation. Each class starts with an introduction to yoga philosophy. Known for it's non-competitive approach, Integral Yoga is considered an inward eye approach to hatha practice. It's okay to start from wherever you are! All levels, especially beginners

Yin Yoga

then conditioning the muscles. It helps keep our joints flexible. Primary connective tissues include the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. This type of practice is beneficial to a wide variety of people and helps create a balance of peace and mind, a perfect remedy to the busy traffic of everyday life.
