Each session will consist of lively discussion around the concepts and practical ways to bring this material into your life. There will also be group coaching to assist you in the places that you feel stuck.
Week 10: (Chapter 10): Awakened Doing. How to align your outer purpose with your inner purpose. How can we bring all we have learned out into our world? This last class we will discuss how to experience greater self acceptance, enjoyment, and enthusiasm in life.
